1. Who
are you?
Some
students already have well developed passions whether they
be
intellectual, cultural, athletic or otherwise. Others have
only a hint of where their deeper aspirations may lie.
Wherever you are in defining your own interests, Dr.
Strauss will work with you to help you figure out which
types of colleges will provide opportunities for you to
best develop your own unique personality and talents.
2.
Which colleges are a good fit for you?
There
is no one school for everyone. Once you have identified
who you are, Dr. Strauss will help you look beyond the
rankings to identify, not just the top schools, but the
top schools for you.
3.
What should you do in high school?
Students
are faced with a myriad of choices in high school. Which
courses should they
take? Should they focus on their areas of particular
strength and interests or strive to be “well rounded?”
How much time should they spend pursuing extra-curricular
activities? There is no one-size-fits-all answer to these
questions, but Dr. Strauss will help you find that balance
that is appropriate to your own interests and college
admission goals.
4.
How do you approach the college admissions process?
Dr. Strauss will help you
